Important to note:
In our company "Trucks Europa" security of our customers is number one priority. In order to provide you the best possible security system, "we" collaborating with 2Checkout Payment processor and PayPal.

To successfully order something on our web store you need to follow steps below:

1. After you add products to cart and you click "CHECK OUT" button you will be redirected to page where you need to fulfill all necessary details, or if you want to pay with PayPal just click the PayPal button.

2. Now you need to confirm shipping option. We offer free shipping by default, so you just need to confirm it by clicking "Continue to payment" button.

3. Now you will be redirected to 2Checkout page where you need to review your order and to fullfil all the details that 2Checkout need for completion of your order.

4. At this step you need to add your card details and after that click "Pay Now" button, and you are all done.

Simple as that.

Additional: Some banks requires 3D secure protocol. That usually mean that you will get a pop-up screen where you need to enter pin code which you will get from your bank by sms or email. That step is important for your safety and you need to pass it to successfully order something on our website.

Shipping:

1. All our products are fulfiled within 48 hours!

2. We will email you a tracking number, usually one day after your order has been placed.

Delivery:

We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices and high quality products. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the estimated delivery time is 5-30 (usually 7-10) days for any items that may ship from international warehouses.

Please allow between 5-30 days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed please email us at: support@truckseuropa.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Note:

Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more than what appears at checkout.

If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here’s what you do:

1. Wait a day or two. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

2. Get in touch with our customer support team. Let us know about your delayed shipment and we’ll check the latest delivery estimates to your location. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order. Reach us by clicking the "Chat" bubble element in the bottom right corner or email us at support@truckseuropa.com

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with you that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, we won't take responsibility and reship that order.
